Beautiful historic mansion in a gorgeous location.
Gorgeous location, friendly staff at the desk. The rooms are big enough and well furnished. The place is isolated enough to be almost completely sound proof.
Not many options for breakfast, only 2 options for fruit (not particularly fresh either). Some of the personnel in charge of the breakfast wasn't particularly nice.

The pool bar facilities were excellent and Sandra could not have been more welcoming and helpful. She was superb. Great
Location. Fantastic views over the river. Quiet and relaxing. Good additional facilities on the pool and tennis courts.
Initial older room needed some TLC and air con was broken. We were given a newer room which smelled of sewage for the first day. That was solved and the rest of the stay was fine.

Good
The pool the best! Spring water fed! Great view. Also great pool bar - although independently run and not cheap.
Rooms not up to standard. Tired and dog eared. No Coffee or Tea making facilities for example.
